Terms & Conditions
The rules that apply when you browse licencehub.store and place an order.
1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing licencehub.store, adding a product to your cart, or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these terms in full. If you do not accept them, please do not use the store and do not place an order.
These terms apply to every visitor and to every order, and they apply together with the order confirmation and activation email you receive. If a clause here conflicts with a written confirmation we sent you about a specific order, that confirmation prevails for that order.
By placing an order you also confirm that you are legally able to enter into a contract in your country and that the information you give us is accurate.
2. Who we are
LicenceHub is the store that operates at licencehub.store and sells original software subscriptions and licenses. Support and questions: support@licencehub.store.
We are an independent reseller. We are not Adobe, we are not Microsoft, and we have no affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement from either company. Adobe, Creative Cloud, Photoshop, Microsoft 365, Word, Excel and PowerPoint are trademarks of their respective owners.
3. What we sell
We sell only the products listed in the store: Adobe Creative Cloud All Apps (individual, one year), Microsoft 365 Personal (one year, activated either on your own Microsoft account or on a Microsoft account we provide for one year), and Office Home 2024 (a one-time license for one PC or Mac).
All prices are shown in US dollars. Any product that is not listed in the store is not on sale.
4. Your Adobe account — what we actually provide
When you buy Adobe Creative Cloud All Apps from LicenceHub, we provide a complete Creative Cloud All Apps account for one individual user. The account is genuine and registered with Adobe, and it gives you the full set of apps included in All Apps for the period you paid for.
We provide individual accounts only. We do not sell, activate or supply Adobe for Business / Teams / enterprise accounts, because Adobe restricts those accounts to companies.
If you need an enterprise agreement, it must be arranged with Adobe or with an authorized Adobe partner directly. If you were expecting such an account, you must tell us before ordering; otherwise your order is prepared as an individual subscription.
5. Your Microsoft account options
Microsoft 365 Personal can be activated either on a Microsoft account that you own and keep, or on a Microsoft account that we provide for one year and that you use for that period.
The option you choose before adding the product to your cart is the option we prepare, and the price shown is the price of that option.
Office Home 2024 is a one-time, perpetual license for one PC or Mac. It is not a subscription and it does not include future major versions.
6. Orders and payment
Orders are placed through the cart and completed in a secure payment window operated by our payment provider.
We accept major cards (Visa, Mastercard) and PayPal only. We do not accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, Mada, STC Pay or BenefitPay.
The amount charged is the price shown at the moment you confirm the order.
We may refuse or cancel an order if payment cannot be verified, if the details you provided are incorrect, or if the order appears unusual or fraudulent.
7. Prices and price changes
All prices are in US dollars and may change at any time. A price change does not affect an order you have already paid for.
Taxes, bank charges and currency-exchange fees applied by your card issuer or by the payment provider are outside our control.
8. Activation and delivery
After your payment is confirmed we prepare your account carefully and check it before sending it to you.
We deliver within 24 hours of your confirmed order. Activation details are sent to your email address.
You must give us a correct and working email address. Checking that address, including the spam folder, is your responsibility.
9. Support and warranty
Every product includes support for the full length of the subscription or license you paid for.
During that period we help you with installation, sign-in and account problems, and we repair or replace an account that does not work as described.
Support covers the product you bought. It does not cover your hardware, your files, third-party services, or problems caused by misuse.
Support requests are sent to support@licencehub.store and are answered in the order they arrive.
10. Refunds and cancellations
Software subscriptions and licenses are digital goods delivered as an account or a code, so they cannot be returned once they have been activated.
If you paid for an order and the product cannot be provided, or if an account does not work and cannot be repaired, we refund the amount you paid for that product.
Requests must be sent to support@licencehub.store from the email address used for the order.
11. How you may use the software
The software is licensed to you by Adobe or Microsoft; it is not sold to you. You must follow their license terms (EULA) at all times.
That means: personal or individual use as described, no sharing of your account or your activation with other people, no resale, no transfer, no multi-user commercial use of a single-user product, no removing or altering notices, no reverse engineering, and no use for any unlawful purpose.
12. Your responsibilities
Keep your sign-in details private and secure. You are responsible for any activity carried out with the account you receive from us.
Give us accurate information, and tell us before ordering if you have a special requirement — business use, a specific device, or a specific language or region.
We are not responsible if you order a product that does not fit a requirement you did not mention to us.
13. Availability and interruptions
Our store and the applications depend on third-party services: Adobe, Microsoft, our payment provider and internet infrastructure. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
We are not liable for outages, maintenance, regional restrictions or changes made by those providers.
We may update, suspend or discontinue the store or any product.
14. Prohibited use
You must not: place an order with a stolen or unauthorized card; open a chargeback on a payment that was properly delivered; resell, rent or sublicense what you bought; extract or copy the content of the store; interfere with how the store works; or use the store to send unlawful, harmful or infringing content.
15. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost data, lost profit, lost time or business interruption, and we are not liable for the actions of Adobe, Microsoft or the payment provider.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
16. Privacy
We store only what is needed to prepare and support your order: your email address, the products and options you chose, and any message you send us through the contact form.
We do not sell your data. Payment card details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored in our store.
17. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version shown on this page is the one that applies to an order placed while it is displayed.
Continuing to use the store means you accept the version in force.
18. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the applicable law of the jurisdiction in which LicenceHub operates, and disputes are brought before the competent courts of that jurisdiction, without affecting any consumer right that cannot be excluded.
Questions about these terms: support@licencehub.store.
19. Final provisions
If any clause is found unenforceable, the remaining clauses stay in force.
These terms, together with your order confirmation, form the entire agreement between us about your order.
